Would it be too much of a burden to request some assistance from a trained professional that excel in medical expertise? I seem to continuously eclipse into bouts of syncope and I would like to exterminate my problems.

Due to the recent causes of Death I find it simpler to keep track of those that are currently alive. Much has changed in London and I theorize that it would be more productive to group together and share what information to prolong the current span of survival.
